I was thrilled to be invited to participate in Claytopia, a show curated by Matt Nolen, for Plaxall Gallery in Long Island City, Feb 20th to March 15th. The exhibition featured 40 artists working in clay in NY. I was excited when asked to create a large installation, I did so with over 35 works. The installation was a kind of shrine, an unpolished, chaotic crowd scene consuming the space, with a still reflective moment for the viewer in the center.
